Think we got it wrong?

Fill this in and a member of staff will read it — an actual person, not a bot. Most appeals are answered within a day or two.

The single most useful thing you can do is be straight with us. We can see the logs. An honest "yes, I did that, here is why" gets a far better hearing than a denial we can check.

The number on the screen that stopped you getting in — it looks like ID: 41. Without it we cannot find your case.

    Every file is virus-scanned before any of us can open it. Anything that fails the scan is deleted and your appeal still goes through. Bigger than 8 MB? Put it on YouTube or Imgur and paste the link above.

    Submitting sends your username, your statement and any files you attach to the UntitledMC staff channel. Your IP address is recorded with the appeal to stop abuse of this form.
